Payment Policy:

We accept payment through Paypal, Postal Money Orders, and
personal check.  If paying by personal check, I reserve the right to
call your bank as a business to make sure the funds are available
when the check is deposited.  Your order wont be sent out for 10
business days to ensure bank clearance of funds.  

Shipping Policy:

We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail.  Currently, the flat rate
boxes are $
8.10, no matter what the weight is.  We try to use
those as much as possible if your shipping costs have exceeded
the cost of the flat rate box.  For large orders that do not fit in a
flat rate box, we ship via DHL Ground.  We've found them to be
very proficient, and often times, a lot cheaper than UPS or FedEx.

Because our soap is made to order, batch for batch, any soap that
isn't currently in stock will ship out in approximately one week.  It
will arrive to you fully cured and ready for use!

If your order contains soap that is already in stock, and other
items that are listed on the website, your order will be shipped
within 2 business days of receipt of payment.  

If we foresee any delays in shipping, we'll notify you via email to
give you an expected date of shipping.  You'll always receive
some kind of notification and delivery confirmation/tracking
number when your order is shipped.

We choose Delivery Confirmation on *every* order we send out,
and we may also choose Signature Confirmation at our own
discretion for large orders to ensure the proper person receives
the shipment.

Refund/Return Policy:

ALL sale are *final*.  Due to the nature of our products, we cannot
accept a return on purchases.  

We always make sure to properly pack all items to ensure that
they wont be damaged during shipping.  If you choose, you may
purchase insurance on your order, at your expense.  To date, I've
not had any items damaged or ruined in transit, but that certainly
doesn't mean it wont ever happen.  If your items are damaged
during transit, and you choose to NOT purchase insurance,  I
cannot replace them at my expense.  Once the packages are
dropped off at the post office, I have no control over the gorillas
that load the postal trucks.  Again, we DO package our items very
well and make sure they're safe and secure and well padded.  

Business Hours:

Our normal business hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday through
Friday.  We reserve the right to not take business calls or answer
business emails after business hours, but I will personally get
back to you within 24 hours if you leave a message!  I thoroughly
enjoy my customers, and I'm quite the talker so make sure you
have a few minutes to say "hello" when you call!!

Variations from order to order:

Being that all of our products are hand made in small batches,
you may from time to time have variations from order to order.  
Your order will *always* be made with the same quality
ingredients that we've built our business on, and the formulation
will never change unless the name of that individual product also
changes.  Consistently providing the same great product time
after time is very important to us.  Our customers have come to
rely on getting their favorite products in the quality that they're
used to.  So what variations might there be?  Mostly in coloring.  
The shade may be a tone or two off, or it may go from green to
blue or another similar color.  You wont get a Blue Juniper Breeze
soap today, and then a neon green one next time.......the
variations will never be that drastic.  The packaging may change
periodically too.  Right now, we're still trying to decide on the
*perfect* presentation  for the formulas that we worked so hard
on.  I have a variety of packaging options already in stock, not to
mention the huge variety that's available to choose from.  You
will always be aware of the amount you're purchasing and when
we change packaging, we'll have current pictures of the products
so you know what you're getting.  

Lead time on soap bars:

At the present time, I don't have a large enough local customer
base to know what fragrances will be the most in demand.  Since
moving back to Louisiana from Ohio, I've not been able to build
up a local clientele, therefore, I don't know what fragrances of
soap to make ahead of time and keep in stock.  

The soap bars are really the only product that I'll have a "waiting
time" on.  I'll try to keep an updated list of the fragrances that I
have in stock.  If you're to order a fragrance that I don't currently
have ready for shipment or delivery, there will be an approximate
one week wait time.  I have a special cooking process that
speeds up the cure time of soaps that would normally take 3 to 6
weeks to cure.  Your soap will always be ready in about a weeks
time.  

Please bear with us as we get Nature's Cauldron
re-established....... With the increase in our business, the lead
times will be decreased as we'll have more soaps available for
immediate purchase.
